How your shoebox tracking information works

When you use the Follow Your Box Locator, you’ll see a complete list of the unique countries where your shoeboxes were shipped.

• The code on your labels is associated with your email address for tracking.
• Each time your QR code is scanned and one of your shoebox gifts is loaded for shipment overseas, your information is updated.
• Each unique destination country will only appear once in the tracking tool.
• If you only see one country but sent multiple gifts, it likely means your gifts were processed together and all shipped to the same country.
