Samaritan’s Purse is in Prince Edward Island helping families impacted by Hurricane Fiona.

Samaritan’s Purse assessment teams are on the ground surveying the damage in Nova Scotia and P.E.I.

These teams will cut and remove fallen trees, clean up debris from homes, and put tarp on damaged roofs and windows as needed. This is the second time our relief teams have served in P.E.I. We assisted people impacted by Hurricane Dorian in 2019.

The damage is widespread and devastating.

The Samaritan’s Purse Disaster Response Unit, along with supporting vehicles, has crossed the Confederation Bridge and arrived in Charlottetown, P.E.I and is located at Cornerstone Baptist Church. Relief efforts for those affected by hurricane Fiona have begun.

Please pray for the many hurting families and for our teams as we respond in the wake of such devastation.
