On a Samaritan’s Purse Youth Trip to Paraguay in December, 2008

The eyes of a small child light up when he is handed a shoe box gift. Peals of laughter fill the air as the boxes are opened. The spirit of Christmas is palpable as children open what might be the first presents of their young lives.

Travel with Samaritan’s Purse to Paraguay this December to bring joy to the youth of Coronel Oviedo.

You will work with local partners and experience the wonder of an Operation Christmas Child shoe box gift distribution. Most importantly, you will offer the greatest gift of all—the story of Jesus and the good news of the salvation available to everyone through faith in Him.
Your senses will awaken as you demonstrate the love of Jesus. Ministries include working on construction projects, medical, dental or eyeglass clinics, drama, sports evangelism, playing with children, and more.

Every Samaritan’s Purse Youth Team trip has the same mission—building relationships, reaching out to the community and cross-cultural ministry. The adventures will challenge you to connect with the people of Paraguay and see God working as you serve others in the name of Christ.
