When
Saturday, September 11, 2010. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Ride begins at 9:15 a.m. including a wrap-up barbecue at Samaritan’s Purse Canada (20 Hopewell Way NE, Calgary, Alberta) for each rider and passenger. In the
event of inclement weather, the ride will be cancelled, but the barbecue will still be held at the same location at 2:00 p.m.

Fee: $25 per bike, non-receiptable and non-refundable

Celebration
We will be back at Samaritan's Purse at about 2:00 p.m. and then we will have a BBQ with wrap up celebration until about 4:00 p.m.

Each rider is challenged to raise a minimum of $100 for Turn on the Tap to build
and install one BioSand Water Filter for a household. You can invite your friends
and associates to donate on your behalf. Each donation of $15 or more is tax deductible.

Print as many copies of this form as you need and ask each donor to fill it in when
you collect his or her donation. The information is required to prepare tax receipts
for your donors. Collect all donations before the ride, and bring them with you
when you check in.
